I founded AcuSpace in 2006 with a clear mission - to help people feel happier, healthier and more centred using traditional acupuncture. My mission is still the same today, but my business has grown to include fabulous tools to support your mind and body more deeply using somatic coaching and qigong alongside acupuncture.

Whether you’re navigating the physical and emotional shifts of perimenopause, seeking relief stress-related tension headaches or lower back pain, or simply looking to soothe a racing mind and improve your sleep quality, AcuSpace offers a soothing space to reset - helping you to rediscover your natural sense of physical balance and emotional wellbeing.

My approach is integrated and collaborative. Alongside acupuncture, we create a bespoke programme of practical resources to support your health holistically in a way that actually fits into your day-to-day life. We tap into your physical intelligence through [somatic coaching] and support a calmer, more regulated nervous system through mindful qigong - and we have a lot of fun along the way.

Ways we can work together

Everybody requires a unique strategy for restoration. While traditional acupuncture acts as our physical foundation, we can seamlessly integrate supportive, body and mind led practices such as somatic coaching and mindful qigong to resource you in your day-to-day life. I practice each of these disciplines individually or blend them according to your needs.

Acupuncture

Bespoke treatments in the comfort of your home. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs to support your wellbeing. Cupping, Gua Sha and Moxa are also available commonly used.

Somatic Coaching

Practical, conversational sessions to help your mind and body communicate; dropping you out of overthinking and tapping into your physical intelligence and so you can positively work with patterns of stress and chronic burnout.

Mindful Qigong

Gentle, meditative breath-work and movement practices based on traditional Eastern lineages. Simple, low-impact movement patterns to ease joint stiffness, support daily energy, and encourage a relaxed, quiet mind.
